Use a soft tape measure over light clothing and keep it snug but not tight. Easiest of all: measure a blouse that already fits you well.
- Bust / chest
- Around the fullest part, keeping the tape level under the arms.
- Under-bust
- Snugly around the rib cage, just below the bust.
- Waist
- Around the narrowest part of your waist, where the saree is tucked.
- Hip
- Around the fullest part of the hips, feet together.
- Shoulder
- From the edge of one shoulder to the other, across the back.
- Armhole
- Around the top of the arm where it meets the shoulder.
- Blouse length
- From the highest point of the shoulder down to where the blouse should end.
