1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Zinari.lk. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “user”, “customer”) and Zinari (“we”, “us”, “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://zinari.lk website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
We are a luxury textile house operating in Sri Lanka under the brand promise “Where Tradition Meets Luxury”. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site) (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of Sri Lanka, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.
The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. No part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
3. Products and Services
3.1 Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
3.2 Handmade Disclaimer: Please note that many of our products, specifically our Handloom and Batik collections, are handcrafted by artisans. As a result:
- Variations: Slight irregularities in the weave, print, or color are characteristic of handmade items and are not considered defects. These variations are what make each piece unique.
- Dye Bleeding: Authentic, traditional dyes used in Batik and Handloom fabrics may bleed slightly during the first few washes. This is a natural property of the dye and not a fault in the product.
3.3 Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
4. Purchases and Payment
4.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments through our secure payment gateway partner, PayHere. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), mobile wallets (Genie, FriMi, ezCash, mCash), and other methods supported by the gateway.
4.2 Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL): We offer installment payment options through third-party providers such as Koko and MintPay. By selecting these options, you agree to be bound by the respective terms and conditions of those service providers. Zinari is not responsible for any credit decisions, interest, or fees charged by Koko or MintPay.
4.3 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
4.4 Currency: All prices listed on the Site are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Service Area: Currently, we ship products only to addresses within Sri Lanka. International shipping is not available at this time but is planned for the future.
5.2 Delivery Times: While we strive to deliver goods within the estimated timeframes (Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days), dates stated for delivery are estimates only. Zinari shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by the customer due to delayed delivery.
5.3 Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Zinari.lk are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (courier service). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the courier.
5.4 Inspection upon Delivery: It is your responsibility to inspect the package for external damage before accepting it from the courier. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, you must refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
6. Return and Refund Policy
6.1 No Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products (textiles and apparel), we operate under a strict No Return and No Refund policy. All sales are final.
6.2 Exceptions (Defects): The only exception to this policy is if you receive a product with a major manufacturing defect (e.g., a tear in the fabric) or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video as proof.
6.3 Non-Returnable Items: Under no circumstances do we accept returns for:
- Cut fabrics (blouse pieces cut from the saree).
- Sarees that have had fall/pico work done.
- Accessories (jewelry, bindis) due to hygiene reasons.
- Items purchased on Sale/Clearance.

7. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
- You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
- You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Making any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.
- Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Site.
- Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
- Disparaging, tarnishing, or otherwise harming, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Specifically, Zinari is not liable for damages to the product caused by improper care, washing, or storage by the customer. Customers are advised to follow the instructions in our Fabric Care Guide.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Site; (2) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any legal action of whatever nature shall be filed in the courts of Sri Lanka.

1. හැඳින්වීම සහ එකඟතාවය
Zinari.lk වෙත ඔබව සාදරයෙන් පිළිගනිමු. මෙම නියම සහ කොන්දේසි (“නියම”, “ගිවිසුම”) ඔබ සහ Zinari (“අපි”, “අප”, “අපගේ”) අතර https://zinari.lk වෙබ් අඩවිය භාවිතා කිරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් ඇති නීතිමය බැඳීමයි.
අපි “සම්ප්රදාය සුඛෝපභෝගීත්වය හා මුසුවන තැන” යන සන්නාම පොරොන්දුව යටතේ ශ්රී ලංකාවේ ක්රියාත්මක වන සුඛෝපභෝගී රෙදිපිළි ආයතනයකි. වෙබ් අඩවියට පිවිසීමෙන්, ඔබ මෙම සියලු නියම සහ කොන්දේසි කියවා, තේරුම් ගෙන, ඒවාට බැඳී සිටීමට එකඟ වන බව පිළිගනී. ඔබ මෙම නියමයන්ට එකඟ නොවන්නේ නම්, ඔබට වෙබ් අඩවිය භාවිතා කිරීමට අවසර නැත.
2. බුද්ධිමය දේපල අයිතිය
වෙනත් ආකාරයකින් දක්වා නොමැති නම්, වෙබ් අඩවිය සහ එහි අඩංගු සියලුම අන්තර්ගතයන් (මූලාශ්ර කේත, මෘදුකාංග, ශ්රව්ය, දෘශ්ය, පෙළ, ඡායාරූප, සහ ග්රැෆික්ස් ඇතුළුව නමුත් ඒවාට පමණක් සීමා නොවේ) සහ එහි අඩංගු ලාංඡන (“ලකුණු”) අප සතු වේ හෝ අපට බලපත්ර ලබා දී ඇත. මේවා ශ්රී ලංකාවේ ප්රකාශන හිමිකම් සහ වෙළඳ ලකුණු නීති මගින් ආරක්ෂා කර ඇත.
3. නිෂ්පාදන සහ සේවාවන්
3.1 නිෂ්පාදන විස්තර: වෙබ් අඩවියේ ඇති නිෂ්පාදනවල වර්ණ සහ විස්තර හැකි තරම් නිවැරදිව ප්රදර්ශනය කිරීමට අපි උත්සාහ කරමු. කෙසේ වෙතත්, ඔබේ පරිගණක තිරයේ හෝ ජංගම දුරකථනයේ තිරයේ වර්ණ පෙන්වන ආකාරය වෙනස් විය හැකි බැවින්, භාණ්ඩයේ සැබෑ වර්ණය 100% ක්ම නිවැරදි වනු ඇතැයි අපට සහතික විය නොහැක.
3.2 අතින් නිමවූ නිෂ්පාදන පිළිබඳ වියාචනය (Handmade Disclaimer): අපගේ බොහෝ නිෂ්පාදන, විශේෂයෙන්ම අපගේ අත්යන්ත්ර (Handloom) සහ බතික් (Batik) එකතුන්, ශිල්පීන් විසින් අතින් නිර්මාණය කර ඇති බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න. එබැවින්:
- වෙනස්කම්: රෙදි විවීමේ, මුද්රණයේ හෝ වර්ණවල සුළු අක්රමිකතා අතින් සාදන ලද අයිතමවල ලක්ෂණයක් වන අතර ඒවා දෝෂ ලෙස නොසැලකේ.
- වර්ණ ඉවත්වීම: බතික් සහ අත්යන්ත්ර රෙදි සඳහා භාවිතා කරන සාම්ප්රදායික ඩයි වර්ග, පළමු සේදීම් කිහිපයේදී මඳක් ඉවත් විය හැක. මෙය ස්වාභාවික තත්වයක් මිස නිෂ්පාදන දෝෂයක් නොවේ.
4. මිලදී ගැනීම් සහ ගෙවීම්
4.1 ගෙවීම් ක්රම: අපගේ ආරක්ෂිත ගෙවීම් ද්වාර සහකරු වන PayHere හරහා අපි ගෙවීම් පිළිගනිමු. ඔබට Visa, Mastercard, American Express සහ ජනප්රිය මොබයිල් පසුම්බි (Genie, FriMi, ezCash, mCash) භාවිතා කළ හැක.
4.2 පසුව ගෙවීමේ ක්රම (BNPL): අපි Koko සහ MintPay වැනි තෙවන පාර්ශවීය සපයන්නන් හරහා වාරික ගෙවීමේ විකල්ප ලබා දෙන්නෙමු. මෙම විකල්ප තෝරා ගැනීමෙන්, එම සේවා සපයන්නන්ගේ නියමයන් සහ කොන්දේසිවලට බැඳී සිටීමට ඔබ එකඟ වේ.
4.3 ඇණවුම් භාරගැනීම: වෙබ් අඩවිය හරහා සිදු කරන ඕනෑම ඇණවුමක් ප්රතික්ෂේප කිරීමට අපට අයිතියක් ඇත. බෙදාහරින්නන් හෝ නැවත විකුණන්නන් විසින් සිදු කරනු ලබන බව පෙනෙන ඇණවුම් සීමා කිරීමට හෝ තහනම් කිරීමට අපට අයිතියක් ඇත.
5. නැව්ගත කිරීම සහ භාරදීම
5.1 සේවා ප්රදේශය: වර්තමානයේ අපි භාණ්ඩ නැව්ගත කරන්නේ ශ්රී ලංකාව තුළ ඇති ලිපිනයන් වෙත පමණි. ජාත්යන්තර නැව්ගත කිරීම් නුදුරු අනාගතයේ දී ලබා දීමට සැලසුම් කර ඇත.
5.2 භාරදීමේ වේලාවන්: ඇස්තමේන්තුගත කාල රාමු (සම්මත භාරදීම: ව්යාපාරික දින 2-5) තුළ භාණ්ඩ ලබා දීමට අපි උත්සාහ කරන නමුත්, ප්රමාදයන් සඳහා Zinari වගකියනු නොලැබේ.
5.3 අලාභයේ අවදානම: අප විසින් ඔබේ ඇණවුම කුරියර් සේවාව වෙත භාර දුන් පසු, අයිතම නැතිවීම හෝ හානි වීම සම්බන්ධ අවදානම ඔබ වෙත පැවරේ.
6. ආපසු භාර දීම සහ මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම
6.1 ආපසු භාර නොගැනීමේ ප්රතිපත්තිය: අපගේ නිෂ්පාදනවල ස්වභාවය (රෙදිපිළි) හේතුවෙන්, අපි දැඩි “ආපසු භාර නොගැනීමේ සහ මුදල් ආපසු නොගෙවීමේ” ප්රතිපත්තියක් ක්රියාත්මක කරමු. සියලුම විකුණුම් අවසන් ය.
6.2 ව්යතිරේක (දෝෂ): නිෂ්පාදනයේ බරපතල දෝෂයක් (උදා: රෙදි ඉරී තිබීම) හෝ ඔබට වැරදි අයිතමයක් ලැබුණහොත් පමණක්, භාරදීමෙන් පැය 24ක් ඇතුළත අපට දන්වා Unboxing වීඩියෝවක් ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.
7. වගකීම් සීමා කිරීම
කිසිඳු අවස්ථාවක, වෙබ් අඩවිය භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් සිදුවන සෘජු, වක්ර, හෝ විශේෂ හානි සඳහා අපි හෝ අපගේ සේවකයින් වගකියනු නොලැබේ. පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් නුසුදුසු ලෙස සේදීම, හෝ ගබඩා කිරීම නිසා නිෂ්පාදනයට සිදුවන හානි සඳහා Zinari වගකියනු නොලැබේ. කරුණාකර අපගේ රෙදිපිළි රැකවරණ මාර්ගෝපදේශය (Fabric Care Guide) අනුගමනය කරන්න.
8. පාලක නීතිය
මෙම නියම සහ කොන්දේසි ශ්රී ලංකා ප්රජාතන්ත්රවාදී සමාජවාදී ජනරජයේ නීතිවලට අනුකූලව පාලනය වේ.

1. அறிமுகம் மற்றும் விதிமுறைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்வது
Zinari.lk க்கு வரவேற்கிறோம். இந்த விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகள் (“விதிமுறைகள்”, “ஒப்பந்தம்”) உங்களுக்கும் Zinari (“நாங்கள்”, “எங்கள்”) க்கும் இடையே https://zinari.lk இணையதளத்தைப் பயன்படுத்துவது தொடர்பாக சட்டப்பூர்வமாக பிணைக்கப்பட்ட ஒப்பந்தமாகும்.
நாங்கள் இலங்கையில் “பாரம்பரியம் ஆடம்பரத்தை சந்திக்கும் இடம்” என்ற பிராண்ட் வாக்குறுதியின் கீழ் இயங்கும் ஒரு ஆடம்பர ஜவுளி நிறுவனமாகும். தளத்தை அணுகுவதன் மூலம், இந்த விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகள் அனைத்தையும் நீங்கள் படித்து, புரிந்து கொண்டு, கட்டுப்பட ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறீர்கள் என்பதை உறுதிப்படுத்துகிறீர்கள்.
2. அறிவுசார் சொத்துரிமைகள்

3. தயாரிப்புகள் மற்றும் சேவைகள்
3.1 தயாரிப்பு விளக்கங்கள்: தளத்தில் உள்ள தயாரிப்புகளின் நிறங்கள் மற்றும் விவரங்களை முடிந்தவரை துல்லியமாக காண்பிக்க நாங்கள் முயற்சி செய்கிறோம். இருப்பினும், உங்கள் திரை நிறங்களைக் காண்பிக்கும் விதம் மாறுபடலாம் என்பதால், தயாரிப்புகளின் உண்மையான நிறங்கள் 100% துல்லியமாக இருக்கும் என்று எங்களால் உத்தரவாதம் அளிக்க முடியாது.
3.2 கையால் செய்யப்பட்டவை பற்றிய மறுப்பு (Handmade Disclaimer): எங்கள் தயாரிப்புகளில் பல, குறிப்பாக எங்கள் கைத்தறி (Handloom) மற்றும் பாத்திக் (Batik) சேகரிப்புகள், கைவினைஞர்களால் கையால் உருவாக்கப்பட்டவை என்பதை நினைவில் கொள்க. இதன் விளைவாக:
- மாறுபாடுகள்: நெசவு, அச்சு அல்லது நிறத்தில் உள்ள சிறிய முறைகேடுகள் கையால் செய்யப்பட்ட பொருட்களின் சிறப்பம்சமாகும், அவை குறைபாடுகளாகக் கருதப்படாது.
- சாயம் போதல்: பாத்திக் மற்றும் கைத்தறி துணிகளில் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் உண்மையான, பாரம்பரிய சாயங்கள் முதல் சில சலவைகளின் போது சிறிது சாயம் போகலாம். இது சாயத்தின் இயற்கையான பண்பாகும், தயாரிப்பின் குறைபாடு அல்ல.
4. கொள்முதல் மற்றும் கட்டணம்

5. ஷிப்பிங் மற்றும் டெலிவரி
5.1 சேவை பகுதி: தற்போது, இலங்கைக்குள் உள்ள முகவரிகளுக்கு மட்டுமே நாங்கள் தயாரிப்புகளை அனுப்புகிறோம். சர்வதேச ஷிப்பிங் எதிர்காலத்தில் திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
5.2 டெலிவரி நேரங்கள்: மதிப்பிடப்பட்ட காலக்கெடுவிற்குள் (நிலையான டெலிவரி: 2-5 வணிக நாட்கள்) பொருட்களை வழங்க நாங்கள் பாடுபடுகிறோம், ஆனால் தாமதங்களுக்கு Zinari பொறுப்பேற்காது.
5.3 இழப்பு அபாயம்: நாங்கள் உங்கள் ஆர்டரை கூரியர் சேவையிடம் ஒப்படைத்தவுடன், பொருட்கள் தொலைந்து போவது அல்லது சேதமடைவது தொடர்பான அபாயம் உங்களுக்கு மாற்றப்படும்.
6. திரும்பப் பெறுதல் மற்றும் ரீஃபண்ட் கொள்கை
6.1 திரும்பப் பெறாத கொள்கை: எங்கள் தயாரிப்புகளின் (ஜவுளி) தன்மை காரணமாக, நாங்கள் கடுமையான “திரும்பப் பெறமாட்டோம் மற்றும் பணம் திரும்பத் தரமாட்டோம்” கொள்கையின் கீழ் செயல்படுகிறோம். அனைத்து விற்பனையும் முடிவானது.
6.2 விதிவிலக்குகள் (குறைபாடுகள்): தயாரிப்பில் பெரிய உற்பத்திக் குறைபாடு இருந்தால் (எ.கா., துணியில் கிழிசல்) அல்லது நீங்கள் தவறான பொருளைப் பெற்றால் மட்டுமே, டெலிவரி செய்யப்பட்ட 24 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் எங்களுக்குத் தெரிவித்து, அதற்கான Unboxing வீடியோவை ஆதாரமாக வழங்க வேண்டும்.
7. பொறுப்பு வரம்பு
எந்தவொரு சந்தர்ப்பத்திலும், தளத்தைப் பயன்படுத்துவதால் ஏற்படும் நேரடி, மறைமுக அல்லது சிறப்பு சேதங்களுக்கு நாங்கள் அல்லது எங்கள் ஊழியர்கள் பொறுப்பேற்க மாட்டார்கள். வாடிக்கையாளரால் முறையற்ற பராமரிப்பு, சலவை அல்லது சேமிப்பினால் தயாரிப்புக்கு ஏற்படும் சேதங்களுக்கு Zinari பொறுப்பல்ல. எங்கள் துணி பராமரிப்பு வழிகாட்டியைப் (Fabric Care Guide) பின்பற்றுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறீர்கள்.
8. ஆளும் சட்டம்
இந்த விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகள் இலங்கை ஜனநாயக சோசலிச குடியரசின் சட்டங்களுக்கு ஏற்ப நிர்வகிக்கப்படுகின்றன.
9. எங்களைத் தொடர்பு கொள்ளுங்கள்
